Headed by Sifu Ranie Laoag and Sifu Ryan Sayco with affiliations with international and national coaches, the Yau Kung Moon Kung Fu Institute of Canada/Wushu Manitoba Training Centre has performed in dozens of corporate, community, non profit, Chinese New Year's, cultural and special event shows and demonstrations throughout Manitoba, North Dakota and Las Vegas, Nevada. Performances also include for the Prime Minister of Canada, Las Vegas, Nevada and an exhibition performance in last year's Battle of the Lion Kings here in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Our goal is to promote martial arts in the most respectful and the most elite calibre and standards in all of Manitoba.

The Wushu Manitoba Training Centre was established in February 2005 (formerly The Manitoba Sport Wushu Institute founded in October 2002) by an elite group of wushu athletes here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  Although it's developments were first initiated in 2001. The Wushu Manitoba Training Centre first began teaching to only a selected few who were previous teammates and who were fortunate enough to hear word of these athletes training at the Pan Am Pool facility and from previous martial arts competitions. These athletes whom have had an extensive competitive and training history ranging from 11 to 21 years of experience through a number of wushu schools, national and international wushu training facilities, numerous coaches, local, national and international competitions, wushu and lion dance demonstrations and volunteered events have culminated to create the premier wushu school here in Winnipeg to introduce, promote and develop the highest level of wushu athletes in Winnipeg history.
